Solution:

Apart from finding sufficient clinical research, creating tighter quality control, and offering customers the opportunity to provide product reviews, there is another solution that I feelwill be beneficial.  Though a company can do all these things to improve and earn the trust of their customers, if they do not make it known to them all their hard work is gone to waste. Therefore, a solution to make efforts known to the customers by the industry would be to create a common database of all the health care and cosmetic products that customers can easily access online. The database would have the vital information about the product including clinical research, manufacturing, and quality control.  In addition to that, there will be a section where customers can write reviews about the products; moreover, to ensure that their concerns are being addressed, the industry can also inform the community on ways they are working to address the customer reviews. I feel that this database is an organized way to keep the customers informed.
